If its not secret.Cn you tell me the name of the IPL Editor u use? I tried to install it with MED but it says invalid installation

I Know it sucks to release this mod in many parts.....but it's the only way I can do it....
It takes a lot of my time to make a simple piece of the city.....this is just a Doherty mod.....later a release something else from San Fierro
