It adds some little tweaks to Catalina's Hideout.
Let's talk about them:
- There is Armor Pickup when all the missions of Catalina finished.
- An Deagle can be found when all the missions of Catalina finished.
- There will be the Icon of Catalina on the Map when all the missions of Catalina finished.

The armor doesn't seem to respawn after getting it once. The gun does though
