So here comes another mod from me. This mod will let you use two guns at a time. The mod is great and doesn't require CLEO. So just download it, extract it and move the "weapons.dat" file to:
/Android/data/com.rockstargames.gtasa/files/data/
Create a new data folder if it doesn't exist. :)

If the dual wield minigun aiming were not all over the place it would be an awesome mod.
Oh and dual wield rocket launcher would be nice xD.
