I decided to revive this project due to the support.
0.4 now includes
-Reflections file
-Vibrant color mod
-Improved the ENB files

This mod works on extreme low end PC's
PC tested:
Duo Core CPU @ 2.20GHz
256MB Nvidia GPU
3GB DDR2 RAM
HIGH FPS: 124 (Using SAMP - FPS unlocker)
AVG: 80
LOW: 29

Got this recommended. Let me say this i didn't regret downloading it. 10/10
Works well especially when combined with SkyGfx+extended.

I like the vibrant colors but i dont like how exaggerated the reflections are. like literally i was testing it out and ryder's car was covered in sky blue. although it does look really good when the reflection isnt the sky
Also somehow it made my fps better than before

If anyone is wondering if they can run it, I have tested it with a 256mb video card and a 2.2GHz duo core with 3GB of DDR2 ram and got decent FPS, if your computer is at or above those requirements, it'll run the ENB fine!

@Disline V-Sync doesnt increase fps it just removes screen tear, which gives you input lag.

great mod!
works fine at atleast 24 fps on an intel core core 2 duo 2 ghz 2ghz
2.73 gb of ram ( have 4 gb installed danm windows )
32 bit windows 7 SP1 and a nvidia geforce 9400m
