Using IMG Tool 2.0 , replace the "premier.dff" and "premier.txd" files in the "gta3.img" file (located in the Models folder) with the same files from the archive. Then, replace the lines in the "carcols.dat," "carmods.dat," "handling.cfg," and "vehicles.ide" files (located in the Data folder) with those specified in the "readme.txt."
