SGdesign, SAMP_fix set to 1 (SAMP_fix=1), that disables HD license plates. Game will use deafult SAplates from vehicle.txd

KRaZ - im not making SAplate , becouse : IVF 2.1.1 dont susport SAMP version for SAplate, if DK22 realise new version, with working SAplate for SAMP, i will UPGRADE all me converts to SAplate version.
