hello,
1. rename the mod files: police --> fbi.
2. replace the original fbi files against the renamed files in your gta5 folder
result: you change the fbi buffalo from R* to CVPI FBI Police

Police FBI?, to see: it is only a police car, no FBI Car. Both the FBI and police are different.
