Why would you even attempt to install a GTA4 mod into GTA5?
Are you really that dense?
That's like the person I met in I/T that thought the CDrom tray on their PC was a built-in coffee mug holder! OMG so stupid.

zupper made the better fps, but this mod made some graphical change, is this a ENB like thing for low end?? btw, will this for with EFLC??

it didnt really boost my fps, but it has some graphical change,, for me zupper was better, zupper change the view distance and the texture looks the same as the normal but it improves the fps, but the con's of zupper is that when you are uphigh the city goes black,

In ReadMe says "Works Only With The Last Patches 1.1.2.0 (EFLC) And 1.0.7.0 (IV)".
I just tested it on 1.0.4.0 for an hour and it works perfect, no crashes.
It look very nice (i got a medium of 50-60 fps on my GTX550TI 1GB)
Best graphics mod for low PC out there, even the crappy trees look fine now.
10/10 !!!
