I make free mods for GTA San Andreas on PC, built to feel like they shipped with the game.

My first one is K-YOU: it turns the in-game radio into a live station for any music player on your PC (Spotify, YouTube, Apple Music, anything). Song names on screen, pause when you leave the car, keys for next/previous/pause/volume. No account, no Premium.
