I tested this car just 2 min ago, and it works pretty good. And handling is just fine.
Btw handling can be modified at any time.

The maker of the mod isn't good in English as evident by the fact that he used an online translator that translated the word "Turismo" as well in the description of this mod

Handling is not perfect (Turismo handling does not fit the bullet), car colors also not original, they are turismo colors. Maybe you must copy Bullet GT lines (carcols.dat, handling.dat, vehicles.ide, vehOff.csv) to GTA 4 line files and replace with Turismo ones with changing BULLET and bullet texts into turismo.
