Not really THAT accurate, but it is pretty close to the colors of the old police car from the pre-release screenshots. Anyways, enjoy!
Despite having ford-like badges, the final police and taxi bear a strong resemblance to a 1991-1994 Chevrolet Caprice. The crown victoria has an opera window and the caprice doesn't. So you can technically call it a Chevrolet caprice mod, I guess?

Also, how do you "fix" the TXD for the taxi and police? I've been trying to do that for an hour already and the taxi/police are still white.

@SanAndreasFan1992 it's on Jinx's Beta Vehicles topic in GTAForums, however you must fix their textures. Alternatively, you can take GTa3D's vehicle.txd and apply it on every car so you'll 100% get the fixed textures.
Note that the models that Jinx provided aren't fixed, they're straight from the vehicles.dff, "leaked" from GTA3 Mobile's files. We're lucky that we found them in a somewhat good shape.

We already have the real vehicles from alpha, released 1 year ago or so and they've been also fixed in the GTa3D mod. Therefore, this is kinda pointless, but good job, nonetheless.
