Tommy's in-game models have several bugs, and most of all, his face doesn't look like his cutscene counterpart.
This mod 'fixes' that, improvising a bit.

- New head model, using the cutscene as a base, with a style similar to Toni Cipriani in Liberty City Stories.
- Minor fixes in body proportions.
- Fixes in the UV mapping.
- Improvisations in the textures.

Best option: use ModLoader.
Another option: replace the files inside the GTA3.IMG.

Hmmm, I always wonder that every character's appearance is looking much better in the cut scenes, I know that there are two different models of every characters in the game files. But never thought that one day someone gonna convert our real hero, Tommy Vercetti's cut scene model!
10/10 without any doubt, and keep up the good works!
It is so nice to see that people still making improvements and mods for a game which is about 18 years old! 
I still can't believe that how time flies!
