I'm susprised that no one made a Touhou skin for GTA Vice City and I decided to make it one. But I decided to rig this from GTA SA to GTA VC so this is my first mod in GTA VC. Also I don't own the original skin, so credits to the original owner who made this skin so I can't find the author of that skin so it's unknown.
How to install:
1. Delete, rename or move models\generic\player.bmp, if you did this before, let's skip to step 2.
2. Replace player.dff and player.txd with these files
How to use:
Your character must be using Tommy normal clothes.
Original model creator is unknown.
Also this is my first mod in 2019 and my first Vice City mod.
