Copy the folder "CLEO" and the file "VC.CLEO.asi" to your Gta vc directory (Where you have installed gta vc for example: C/Games/gta vc

I can change the radio with the mouse wheel yes but no mp3 player. I have to use the classic "R" key for mp3 player in the car. that's the only thing i noticed
