Finally a new version of Render HD Graphics was released
how does this version differ from the previous one?
- completely changed the concept and atmosphere of the environment
- Timecyc is configured from scratch. dates'
- removed excess garbage from the archive
- improved the original 2DFX
- don't use skybox anymore, Reshade (because I wanted to do it, don't ask stupid questions)
- improved the particle.txd has better textures + additional textures for 2DFX
- now the rain is a little more voluminous
Disadvantages:
In daylight, the game will be grayish, this is due to fog (I'm happy with it for myself and the VICE CITY HEAT project)

When i install Timecys (only this file) makes the game everything white with ambient occlusion (like dev version)
What do you think about this bug¡?

@howdoI configure on my old and weak computer with a gtx 550ti 1GB video card, I assume that the video cards below this can also cope, the rest depends on the author's build, the garafika itself is not complicated I used my proprietary well-configured timecyc and the new 2dfx the rest of the mods are standard frequently used

@Jsk14I am preparing the VICE CITY HEAT build for release as efficiently as possible, the graphics are part of what will be there, now I am at a stage where I need modmakers who can write missions where the plans are not to create new ones but to conceptually improve the old ones

@Buntait's nice to read such comments, I've been burning with ideas since 2017, but I didn't know how to implement it, I don't consider myself a modmaker, everything I do is based on ready-made solutions, it's crossing and editing
