(Note:if you face problems installing the mod,then watch this video: )Welcome back!Ultimate warriors,let"s just say that today you decided to play your childhood game Grand Therft Auto Vice city but when you play it,you face many problems.The game is too old and thus cannot perfectly run on modern machines.One of those issue is helicopter or vehicle dust lag.It makes the game choppy and forces one to smash his pc.So,today i made a fix to it.

@DragomazingNah man!I used fps limiter and everything but nohing worked.then,i tried lowering the particle effect.didnt work!At last,i tried removing it and it worked
even my pc is high end for gta vc intel i5 with hd graphics 520

So you remove it completely? You can just lower number of frames and there will not be lags. But great work and idea!
