Confused on where to put the stuff in the "Replace and import gta3" folder. There is no gta3img folder in my Vice City game directory to import the files into.
Edit: nvm, The mod list I am following never said I would need the tool for this to work. My bad lol

@cvmvtvryblvntz I know this is an old comment, but I'm having the same issue right now. Did you ever find a fix? They were working fine when I first got them then the trees outside the mansion were sideways when I loaded the game a couple days later. Please let me know if you ever found a fix for this issue.

Trees are sideways. Especially in front of Tommy's mansion across the street. Really annoying glitch I cant find a fix to. Hope this can be patched
