you will probably give me the link to your blog or something like that, right?
well, I can only say one thing: compare the damn files.
the txd hierarchy will probably be different why I had to remap the textures.
the resolution of the textures should also be different.
if you are not satisfied open my model and its model in ZModeler and compare models.
You will see differences in size and position.

the model came from the studio apocalyptic and I converted to the GTA.
