he class WDM-3A is Indian Railways' workhorse diesel-electric locomotive. Since 1993, it has been manufactured in India by the Diesel Locomotive Works (DLW),
Varanasi. The model name stands for broad gauge (W), diesel (D), mixed traffic (M) engine. The WDM-3A is the most common diesel locomotive of Indian Railways.
The WDM-3A is a later classification of earlier WDM-2C.[1] These units have been retro-fitted with dual brakes, in addition to the air and vacuum brakes.
The WDM-3A locos have a maximum speed of 120 km/h (75 mph). The gear ratio is 65:18.[2]
The loco is now widely used across India for long distance passenger trains due to its ruggedness and high tractive loads and acceleration.
About This file.
In this whole file was made by Me Riba. the dff file was build in 3D max and zmodeler 2 and zmodeler 2 for texuring. i don't know to do in 3ds max alone because of
rooke nature.
NEED a help from you guys: If YOU KNOW HOW TO EDIT 2DFX IN THIS FILE FOR BETTER BRIGHTNESS. THEN DO IT AND GIVE SOME TUTORICAL VIDEO TO ME ALSO. FOR MY FEATURE MODS.
TXD are as usual made in Bit map image with photoshope to edit in different versions i,e bitmap or a png images..

But it can't be isn't it??
I just asked because almost all of your plane mods are perfectly working on moblie...
And L-1011 was my favourite....

Too sad I cant make model.....
Also, SA moblie can afford the low PC flies.

@wbpark0819 dude I don't hv Android version of GTA SA. Send me your id to send both textures and dff file unlocked one of gtrfreak's file. If there is a file which you require then no need to rebuild hole file.

Can you make Lockheed L-1011 to low poly in bad pc??
I really want to port to my SA moblie.....
So I really want to get my favourite plane,
L-1011......
But skylinegtrfreak's one, model is locked....
I really want to get in moblie.... so can you unlock the model if you finished??
Of course, all credits go for you...
If u make it... I will be really excited...
I can fix skylinegtrfreak's txd file fit into your L-1011 if you make it, Riba...
