Just put in game folder and run.
About:

This tool removes the useless files of GTA San Andreas.making the game less complicated.About 80+ Files get deleted.
Note:This wont delete any files necessary for the game to work but its always advised to keep a backup.

This helped me clear all mods for SAMP
Now I can stop worrying about bans coz I previously had mods (that came with the game) and I wasn't aware of it.
Also does it delete hacking utilities? (plz reply answer)
