Based off Tommy Vercetti "Soiree" Suit on GTA VC
You can find the suits and the pants at Victim and Didier Sachs respectively.
you can replace it with any model/clothes on CJ's wardrobe. You can modify and upload the files as you please on another modding sites but shows the original credits or link to this creation.
