There is a lot of things that are not required for 100%, i didn't complete that things earlier but i did now
-All Territories are Taken Over Now
-All Girlfriends are yours Now
-All Weapon Skills are Hitman Level Now (Maximum)
-Stats are Maximized Now
-Burglary Mission is Completed
-And More...
You can find tutorial and support links in "readme-procitajte" file
I also uploaded "STORY ONLY SAVE" from my YouTube videos on this site, so if you want story only save you can find it on my profile
