sorry for the late reply but i think this car has a classic car
you see they have the iconic '67 Shelby Cobra ingame which is not a DLC

You Really need to use modloader for this mod in-order to use it if not your game may crash

If any of you got your game crash by this mod using SAAT Tool
why not use modloader instead SAAT

you need to use Alci's SAAT Gui Fronted
that way you can replace any sound mods you want
but i recommend you to install it trough Modloader
