If your PC can't support ENB, then reflections won't be friendly.
I recommend installing: http://bit.ly/lowpcgraphics
Then extract all the files to your GTA SA root folder, then delete colormod.asi, colormod.fxc, and colormod.ini in there.
Then, install this colormod. Then you're done.
