Why is this mod gaining so much popularity ultimately?

Anyway, I also made a version for Las Venturas:

With this mod all the desert will be replaced by a green place, all full of grass. There are still some bugs, I don't know when i will fix it because i have a job. Includes LOD, collision and radar. (Sorry for my bad English, I'm using a translator because I suck at english).
