Hi guys!
After installing this mod all roadblocks will be removed, all shops will open and all girlfriends unlocked.
You will be able visit all cities and buy new safe houses for CJ. You don't have pass missions to unlock this stuff anymore.

@gta345 Replace files in data folder and put superstrengh.gsi next to gta_sa.exe to make it work properly.
