Beta Hot92Jamz Billboards for GTA San Andreas

Warning!
Allowed to use in global mods (beta mods/beta collection mods) but only with mentioning author or this mod or my credits.
This mod returns beta HOT92JAMZ radiostation logo on East Los Santos's Billboards, replacing final "Dopelisious FM", which is probably didn't exist before Rockstar desided to change this real-life existed radiostation texture (Hot 92 Jams are existed in real life in 2001-2003).
Texture recreated, because founded texture from some 2004 magazine too low-quality to use.

@matyi_varga_ Well, i did, but there's the problem with ZModeler, which down lighting a little, and with PS2/SKYGFX it will be too noticing that bridge model too dark and not feels like part of whole map.
