With this Asi library, all lampposts will have a sort of "Spotlight Effect", i.e. light will flow from the lampposts.
The author recommends using Silent's ASI Loader. The mod has been updated to version 2, changes: fixing some pillars, increasing the radius of the lanterns.

@KesgeR I don’t know, I’m hearing about it for the first time, modding itself is interesting to me, but I haven’t dug so deep in this direction yet.
