i got mod from gtaall to get high voltage lines on railway you can search "gta sa high railway speed" so you will find mod it

Im asking because i went through entire internet and didnt found any mod like this.

@RobertXV i used timecyc set 16:00pm clock and using mod 2dfx project 12:00pm so light can see in day
