Requirements:
-If you put files in gta3.img then it require IMG Tool or Crazy IMG Editor.
-If you put all files in modloader then it require modloader.
It is easy to put all files in modloader.
So its your choice that where you put files.
Important Note:
-Good Performance in 1024x768x32 or high Graphics of Game.

I don't know man, don't use the bucket tool that often, it'll just make everything look like this "mod" again.
