The best handling in my opinion. I have tried all other handling mods and some of them where crashing other were to slippery so I made one myself to make it more realistic.
To install it just extract the cfg file to gta san andreas/data folder
If your game crashes please leave a review so can fix that.

I was surprised since I had not seen one like it, it is very comfortable to handle with this file since in the normal GTA it slips too much, I give it Ten stars
