A Canada animated's Atomic Betty Loading Screen for GTA San Andreas!
loadscs9-14 is based on AB Wallpaper from Official Atomic Cartoons site from 2004.
Title Screen/loadscs1-8 in HD and loadscs9-14 (original 4:3) is scale to 16:9!
Installation This Mod:
Copy LOADSCS.txd your game's directory is GTA SA* and find the Models\txd.
*note: Rockstar Games Folder OR Steam\steamapps\common in Program Files Folder.
Backup Original LOADSCS.txd:
Rename LOADSCS.txd to LOADSCS.txd.old before Copy the LOADSCS.txd (Mod).
Special Thanks:
TXD Workshop for edit TXD with import .png it's 1280x720.
not include Main Menu, but Loading Screen (include Title Screen) only.

Mmm... I love a good dose of nostalgia once in a while.
Maybe replace the loading soundtracks (SFX\GENRL\Bank_076) as well by cutting up one of these:
