Featuring Malaysian No Smoking, Nestle Milo and Separate/Sort the Rubbish type campaign.
*Replace billboards in Los Santos:
1)Mulholland
2)Richman
3)Vinewood
WARNING: Please do the backup before installing any mod!
UPDATE
1)Revert the resolution back to high quality - When found its over there
*I resize the images before just because I thought the high resolution texture not showing up in game.

1)lahillsads.txd (576 KB)
INFO: High quality textures with 512px, 1024px.

How to install:
1. Open IMG Tool
2. Click on File
3. Choose gta3.img
4. Press F2
5. Search lahillsads.txd
6. Right-click on it then replace
7. Choose lahillsads.txd that you have been downloaded
8. Rebuild Archive (optional)
9. Close IMG Tool then enjoy it!
