The mod updates the settings of weapons at those you can see in the GTA V.

-Adapted settings of all firearms and hand-to-hand weapons under the mechanics of SA.

The damage is at some weapons like the Carbine Rifle too much and at some weapons like the minigun too weak. The Carbine Rifle makes more damage than the minigun!
