Adam Boedax@ you right, dude! Should Indonesia can beat any modders to make another mods beside ENB Series, for example Seejay, he has make Cleo mod, skin mod and textures mod! 8-|

Too overbloom can makes your GTA SA crash, luckily I have tested this no crash and please edit again this enb

in my opsion is it not a good enb because you can't see CJ and the bloom is on realistcic and is to powerfull bloom
remake the enb to a better play setting.
