Are you using Intel VGA?
I suggest to use SMAA to make those aliased border more smooth

nice try for your first ENB mod :)
but if i can suggest, you should add something like Anti-Aliasing to smoothen the look
it'll make your graphic better
but, if you can't turn the AA, you better add FXAA, it does the same thing with AA
but, with this, you can run AA even with low PC, and doesn't make a significant lag at all
