hi sorry for the long time
so this mod add a smooth graphics very smiliar to forza horizon 1:
-added auto and smooth bloom
-skygfx ultra realistic reflection
-detailed shadows
-cool timecyc
-work even on pentium prossesor

Isn't the best but good enough for low end pc. There is no lag which is pretty good

shadows disappears when I use camera :(
Water & reflection is working.
But shadows is no longer Good.
