10/10 for new shadows preference... it's fix crashed, all numbers without crash anymore

the d3d9.dll not work at win 10. ???? its funny to see car have Shadow but buildings not.

Try change "iVehiclepipe 3" to "iVehiclepipe 2" in extra_resources/sagfx_config.txt
