I've improved your mod a lot, fixed a lot of things, adapted to Buy Property and Proper Fixes etc. You should update it as official.

Just wondering, can i export the texture and then fix it and share it (for Android) to my YouTube channel? If you give me permission, i'am very happy, if no, oke no problem

Genial!!!!! estaria bueno que agregues para que la compres, y no que este ahi desde el principio, eso le agregaria un toque genial, mas realismo. Pero esta buenisimo de todas maneras !!

PERFECT, just Perfect! One of the best safehouse map mods ever, and so easy to install! I have tons of maps added to my SA and didn't had a single problem, just drag and drop into teh modloader folder. 10/10, beautiful view, interior, exterior... hope you make more mods like this.
@TheDeathlyHallows It replaces the useless shop next to the Burger Shot in Mulholland.

que bonito identico y no tiene nada de bugs ni crash como otros saludos sigue asi compañero 
Pero existira alguna forma de meterla sin Modloader es que esa cosa me provoca Crash
