Made this mod a while back to SA. It's really fun to fly over the map.
All skins included are made by me.
Installation:
Add files manually using img editor or copy all files to modloader.
How to use:
Press jump + Fire buttons
Press enter or F = Stop flying
Press Space = Increase speed
Press Left Shift = Decrease speed
YOU NEED CLEO 4 TO GET IT WORKING

There's a Bug on the mod, when you reverse and shoot while on a vehicle, the hangglider will spawn therefore letting you out of the vehicle...It's kinda annoying when you're doing some missions

Oh i see.
I think it doesn't work on cleo 3 brother,i got crashes for all testes i have been made. A few guys say it does work for them , so it's better to give it a try.

Thank you for the video dude. I have made one when i released this mod but it was removed from youtube because of those copyrights over the song
