Lol you dont need this mod.
you can remove the lag by yourself.
1st go to your GTA Folder
2nd Go to GTA V Hud folder you extract in GTA san andreas folder . or if you use DK22Pac Hud go to this folder
GTAVHud_by_DK22Pac
3rd. Delete Effects folder and then done. the lag is removed.

If this hud causes lags for anyone, then move your gta sa folder to a different folder or drive!
