This mod creates functional carwashes at East Los Santos carwash and at the Idlewood gas station carwash.
The carwash cleans the car from dirt (which is shown on the sideskirts) and repairs damage from car, but doesn't restore car health.
Put NewCarwash.cs in CLEO folder. CLEO4 required.

Doesn't work. I mean.. you can drive through the carwash and the spay effect happens but it doesn't actually clean the dirt from the car so what's the point? You're still left with a dirty car. Nice try though.
