@Abusefag Makes Grove Street, Aztecas and Triads friendly to each other. Ballas, Vagos and Rifas friendly to each other and hostile to CJ, GSF, VLA and Triads. Da Nang Boys are hostile to CJ. Italian Mafia and Russian Mafia are hostile to CJ. That's all I remember.
