Random Events With Drivers

This mod brings a little variety to transport and drivers' lives. The mod is divided into 3 categories:
1. External events with transport.
Any NPC can have an engine smoke, lower the wheel and the driver stop to fix it, and then continue on his way. You can also find, for example, cars with one headlight working.
2. Events inside the transport.
Now it is possible to meet a large number of passengers in cars more often, and passengers can chat with each other (animations), read newspapers, drink drinks.
3. Police transport.
You can meet how a police car will find an intruder and drive up to him, after which he will arrest and load him into his car. If a policeman is shooting at someone and there is a police car nearby, then he can run up to the trunk and get the M4.
The frequency of events can be configured in the .ini file.
