Rubbish like in GTA 4 v2.0

This mod adds various street trash like in GTA 4. All the garbage appears randomly, in places where pedestrians walk. There is a slight division into sections, for example, in business districts there will more often be various leaflets, newspapers, and in the ghetto alcohol bottles and cigarette butts are more common. In the .ini file, you can set the garbage intensity, radius, and spawn frequency.
