This MOD blocks the movement of CJ.
This MOD requires CLEO to be installed.
Installation
Copy the No_Move.cs file and paste it in your GTA : San Andreas CLEO folder.
Usage:-
Type "STOP" to stop movement.
Type "MOVE" to enable movement.
