Açıklama
The new highest tower in GTA San Andreas, the estimated height is about 1 km from ground. It was break game height limit that cannot reached by any flying vehicle.
So, how to goto the top?
Use your flying vehicle (heli/plane/etc) to landing on the top of building (not the pole), then walk to the stairs around the pole until you reach the top of the pole, after you reach end of the stairs press key ENTER (for pc) or touch the center of screen (for android).
