The building is bugged. The NPCs are outside it, some even under it. The interior looks nice, but everything needs to be fixed—wasted potential.

Some objects were not removed from vegase_stream8.ipl (boxes, pallets, garbage containers), incorrect building coordinates vgelwbld18_lvs.dff. The model is good, but due to problems in vegase_stream8.ipl or its absence in the mod files, this mod sucks. I wanted to redo it, but sorry to waste my time. I had to remove it. No offense, this mod is not finished properly.

Too bad Nascar next gen cars are not ported to San Andreas because ive had fictional paint scheme of one cars with Jollibee as sponsor
