Life Is Strange Graphic's V1.0

Exactly how powerful does a PC needs to be to run this?
I have an Intel i7 7700-HQ, 8 GB RAM and an AMD Radeon RX 560 with 4 GB GDDR5 1500 MHz VRAM.
Other games such as Mass Effect Andromeda or Far Cry New Dawn run with ~35-45 FPS on this machine on 1080p, Ultra preset while this makes GTA SA run with 5-10 FPS on average on even on the lowest graphics settings.
I made sure that Windows uses the dedicated GPU instead of the integrated Intel HD Graphics 630.
