This is the continuation of my 'Drunk Effect Mod', updated to look like GTA V Drunk Effect.
Controls:
Type LIQUOR to activate Drunkmode
While active, type LIQUORDE to deactivate Drunkmode

@jaybee: It's not the exact one like V, beta release had me adding the drunkman anim for player once the mod is activated, but unfortunately, the game crashes when I do that. So I had to remove the anim.
